Our mission is to be a resource for driven and intelligent women who not only want to share their own story, but are also ready to support other women and celebrate their successes. We will ensure that the programs and social responsibility initiatives we host through iGrowSuccess will directly benefit this and the next generation of women in our community.

The community is powered by Optime Consulting - every video, live event, and website you see comes directly from our team. The way we see it, if Optime’s platform has been a hit with our various Fortune 500 clients, then it’s time to expand and leverage it to focus on our community as well.
Aside from creating resources that will empower women to elevate their professional life, we are also committed to creating opportunities to tangibly improve the community through social responsibility work.

We pride ourselves on spreading a message of optimism through our social responsibility efforts. We have been fortunate enough to give back to our community in various ways since 2013. Since then, we have donated a total of ~8K hours of professional work and more than $125K to multiple charities through fundraising initiatives and our signature Optime 5K RUN.
Today, we have the opportunity to work with incredible nonprofits including the United Community Options and the American Cancer Society:
For the past 5 years we have partnered with United Community Options of South Florida to plant seeds of hard work and commitment. In 2017 we completed a milestone in our partnership as we unveiled the Optime Innovation Room, a space designed to boost the imagination, embrace education, and reward progress of UCO’s children. The Mayor of Fort Lauderdale, John P. Siler, and the UCO Executive Board officiated the room's grand opening and highlighted how “incredibly impressive” the space would be for the community. In 2021, we decided to expand our social responsibility effort to target another cause we feel passionate about: empowering women through curated resources. As such, we created iGrowSuccess, a community of driven and intelligent women who not only want to share their own story, but are also ready to support other women and celebrate their successes. that is much needed.
